I am Cassandra Rosenblum, a US citizen raised in Spain. I was born in San Francisco, California, and moved to Spain with my family as a teenager, where I put down roots. Decades have passed since my arrival, and after all these years, I feel that this country has given me so much: culture, roots, friendships, and a way of life that still seems absolutely extraordinary to me.
For the past 20 years, I have dedicated myself to the banking sector, specializing in real estate financing. I liked numbers, yes, but what I was truly passionate about was helping people get their homes. Over time, I began to focus more and more on foreign individuals who, like I once was, felt lost in the system. I realized I could offer much more than just a mortgage option and follow-up.
Thus, Dream Nest Spain was born. Not as a large company, but as a personal project where I contribute everything I am: experience, clarity, intuition, and a deep desire for things to work out. I am also a mother of three and share my life with two dogs; when I am not working, I recharge by connecting with nature, traveling, and exercising.
